Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential property sellers based on provided lead lists.
Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and effectively communicate the benefits of selling their property to our company.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information.
Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team to follow up with qualified leads.
Accurately update and maintain a detailed database of call results, lead status, and relevant notes.
Collaborate closely with team members to optimize strategies and achieve collective Upgrade to see actual infoet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

Familiarity with real estate or wholesaling is a plus but not required.
