Ecommerce Assistant

We are a UK-based company specialising in the sale of craft supplies on popular online platforms like eBay, Etsy, and our own website. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as E-commerce Assistants.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling and accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms, highlighting key features and benefits to maximise customer engagement.

Monitor the performance of listings and make data-driven adjustments to optimise sales, conversion rates, and customer Upgrade to see actual infovelop strategies to increase sales and improve brand visibility through effective SEO techniques.

Assist in managing inventory, ensuring stock availability, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to identify trends, brainstorm new ideas, and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements:

Your own fully functioning eBay account

Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Prior experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on platforms like eBay, Etsy, and website management.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software.

Strong understanding of SEO techniques and proven ability to improve search rankings and visibility.

Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings and responsive customer service.

Proficient in using relevant software and tools for e-commerce operations (e.g., MS Excel, product listing platforms).

Availability to work remotely and maintain regular communication with the team via Whatsapp and Zoom.
