Gaining Instagram Followers (21k+)

Seeking for a talent who can help gaining instagram followers (20k) and build social proof for my personal brand! (Need a way of getting massive followers without getting banned). If you can run facebook campaign objective that helps gaining massive followers in an organic way that’ll be even better. I’ve tried running brand awareness and traffic ads and it only gives me views and likes on the post, never many followers!
