Job Description:
As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing successful Facebook ad campaigns tailored to a variety of niches. Your primary objective will be to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads for our clients, driving traffic and conversions through effective targeting, compelling ad creatives, and optimized landing pages.
Responsibilities:
•Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for chiropractic clinics, focusing on lead generation and conversion goals.
•Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and create precise targeting strategies.
•Design engaging and persuasive ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos, that resonate with the chiropractic industry.
•Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize results.
•Monitor ad performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
•Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Facebook advertising, with a strong focus on driving results for chiropractic ad campaigns.
•Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns, including ad set targeting, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
•Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including knowledge of ad creation, campaign optimization, and reporting.
•Solid understanding of the chiropractic industry, its unique marketing challenges, and effective lead generation strategies.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
