Activities you will be responsible for:
- Enter new files and upload documents to broker portals.
- Extract/split documents.
- Draft documents and send for electronic signatures.
- Order Home Warranty
- Manage Google Drive files
- Send files to clients.
- Support TC’s with any overflow they may need from the week.
- Provide support to the company with special projects, as needed.
- Attend monthly tea
- Attend training sessions.
Knowledge/Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of Experience Required
- Required 1 year of TC experience in California or Texas
- High Attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Great ability to focus
- Concerned about doing things the right way
