Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator Assistant is an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, demonstrates a high degree of optimism, and is incredibly detail oriented. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of Upgrade to see actual info addition, this person demonstrates daily the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Transaction Coordinator Assistant must be adaptable to change and be solution-oriented. This individual will support the team in managing the entire contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions close on time, with little to no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and be a true team player! Enter new transactions and listings into TcDocs.
 
Activities you will be responsible for:
- Enter new files and upload documents to broker portals.
- Extract/split documents.
- Draft documents and send for electronic signatures.
- Order Home Warranty
- Manage Google Drive files
- Send files to clients.
- Support TC’s with any overflow they may need from the week.
- Provide support to the company with special projects, as needed.
- Attend monthly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
- Attend training sessions.
 
Knowledge/Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of Experience Required
- Required 1 year of TC experience in California or Texas
- High Attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
