We’re a fast-growing online digital health clinic seeking another customer Specialist to join our team! We’re at an inflection point — we're receiving too many inbound tickets.

We know very little about building successful Custer Support organizations, so we’re seeking an experienced person to come in and provide guidance.

Strong English writing skills and detail-oriented mindset a must!

Responsibilities include:

- Help Lead CS strategy and organize current software Helpdesk software HelpScout. (a mess right now!)
- Transcribe patient information in EHR
- Order patient Labs
- Escalate certain messages to medical staff
-Respond to and manage all inbound tickets
-Surface areas of improvement to leadership and suggest solutions
-Write back to the customer in a timely manner
-Researching to find answers for customer questions.
-Writing content for help documentation

Availability:

Must be able to commit at least 6-8 hours a day 5-6 days per week starting immediately. The ideal candidates will be us for the longer term.

Nice to haves:

-Experience in Digital Health
