JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Assistant to join our real estate brokerage team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified real estate professionals to support our growth objectives. Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels, such as online job boards, professional networks, and social media, to proactively source potential candidates within the real estate industry.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with our brokerage.
- Create compelling job postings and advertisements that effectively attract and engage qualified real estate professionals.

2. Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, motivations, and suitability for specific roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

3. Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the brokerage's branding strategy to attract top talent.
- Leverage social media platforms and online professional networks to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content, such as videos, blog posts, and testimonials, to enhance the brokerage's online presence.

4. Recruitment Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage technology to improve the candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interviewing methodologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
