HYPR Service is actively looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who is qualified for a Dispositions Specialist role.

Position: Real Estate Dispositions Specialist

CLIENT REQUEST:
Knows the following tools: InverstorLift, Podio, REI Reply, Google Workspace
5 years experience in Dispositions
can speak very good English with no accent
Real Estate knowledge
Friendly trustworthy
a problem solver
has initiative
motived goal oriented
hungry

Daily responsibilities will include:
can provide best practices as Dispositions Specialist
wholesale multi family properties
will look for buyers for properties
can draft marketing communication
summarize details of property
follow up with buyers
answer buyer questions and reach out to sellers for answers
check if title company has docs and requirements until closing

Schedule: 9 to 5 Mon to Friday CST
RATE: $8-$10/hr plus commission
