Business Development Specialist

Pulltail is a California-based commercial trailer rental company operating all over the US with technological ideas that can empower the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet or exceed sales targets to help grow new and existing clients.

This is a remote opportunity – the candidate can be based anywhere in the Philippines only.

Duties include:

a. Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
b. Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
c. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
c. Identifying and developing new lines of business based on customer behavior.
d. Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
e. Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
f. Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
g. Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Development, Marketing, or similar course.
- Knowledge of trucking, transportation, and logistics business in the US (advantage but not required)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $250 paid bi-weekly
