Art Writer for Online Art Gallery

Do you love ART? The UGallery team is looking for a great Art Writer and Virtual Assistant to join the team and help run their online art gallery.

You will assist with various tasks across marketing and operations. We’re looking for a team player who is very organized and efficient and values deadlines. Someone who enjoys working across a team and has demonstrated great collaboration and communication skills.


The VA tasks include, but are not limited to:
- copywriting
- writing about artwork and artists
- designing content marketing activities
- pitching podcasts and media outlets


Our ideal candidate...

Strong Written English
You will be in charge of writing about the art and artists we represent. Having strong knowledge, background, and appreciation of art is an advantage. Managing the inbox and representing the UGallery Upgrade to see actual infomunity-centric
You are willing to become familiar with who we are and what we strive to do. And more importantly, you are excited about our company’s mission: to make high-quality original art enjoyable to browse and buy Upgrade to see actual infofortable with technology
You’re computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools as we adopt them. Experience with CRM tools is necessary for this role.

Reliable
You’re meticulous with detail, extremely organized, have great time management, are process-oriented, and have a great hold on project management.

Creative
You have a good eye for design (professional experience not required) and are committed to representing our brand and look. You enjoy creating and uploading beautiful and effective marketing assets.

You LOVE and KNOW Art.
If you have strong knowledge and appreciation of art, we want to meet you! We educate and engage our audience by writing about art, artists, and the general art world at large, so having a strong love and vocabulary for art will be critical to the role.


Job Details:

Full-time role with a two-month trial period; NO MOONLIGHTING.
40 hours per week
Hours: 8 hours/day; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Manila PST

Job Requirements:

Must have daily access to high-speed internet, a smartphone, and a Upgrade to see actual infofortable learning new online software.
Highly organized and task-oriented.
Extremely timely with the delivery of tasks.
The ability to gain familiarity with our programs and philosophy is a must.
The ability to communicate and work with our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
The ability to grow with our team and the dynamic nature of our work.


Your Compensation and Perks:

Competitive pay (Php 37,350 per month).
