Professional Content Creator for Shorts / Reels

I am looking for a professional content creator to create content for my motivational social media accounts / youtube.
I am looking for someone who has experience and a wealth of knowledge and understanding in creating youtube shorts / reels. Someone who knows how to find copywrite free content, content from movie scenes, content from youtube, content from competitor social medias and overall content in general to them, download them, and edit them together to make a compelling and intriguing short / reel to captivate the audience and optimise for retention.
They MUST have experience in this field already and know what it takes to make a good video.
