Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented NetSuite Expert who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite system to meet our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with NetSuite, possesses strong technical skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The NetSuite Expert will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite modules to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite system, including user roles and permissions, workflows, customizations, and
integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, and Advanced
Revenue Management, to optimize business processes.
- Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and saved searches to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions to ensure system stability
and data integrity.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to promote effective utilization of NetSuite.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and enhancements, evaluate their impact on the business, and recommend and
implement relevant upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, sales, and operations, to drive system enhancements and
ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct system audits and implement best practices to improve system performance, scalability, and security.
- Ability to implement and update Dashboards for specific KPIs
- Ability to modify reports and how to implement plugins

Nice to have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant, with a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality,
architecture, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Experience in customizing and integrating NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, and
Advanced Revenue Management.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-
technical stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteCloud Developer, are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering NetSuite projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration tools is a plus.
