About the Job
Unblocked is seeking an experienced and versatile Community Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with at least 3 years of experience in social media management, customer support, and community engagement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a passion for learning and growing in the rapidly evolving web3 and NFT space, and a commitment to providing excellent service and support to our community members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reply to comments and messages across various social media platforms.
- Moderate the Upgrade to see actual info community, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all members
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and report generation
- Support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
- Enter data and relevant information from quest reviews into spreadsheets or databases for tracking and analysis.
- Manage our quest board and arcade content

Qualifications:
- College graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication, creativity, adaptability, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
- Experience with data analysis, administrative support, customer support, and community management
- Familiarity with web3 and NFT concepts and technologies
- Proficient in various tools, including Notion, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Upgrade to see actual info, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Slack

Requirements:
- Must have fast internet and a reliable computer.
- This is a full time position.
- Working hours are 9am-5pm Pacific Time (we are based in California)
