Senior Web Developer

This Melbourne based company is growing fast and needs a Senior Web Developer to join their team. We are looking for an experienced web developer with a proven track record developing Wordpress plugins.

This job is office-based in Antipolo, applicants must be able to work from our office.

As on of the senior developers in the team you will contribute to the projects and report into the Project Manager, and CEO.

Required skills:
1. Proven track record developing websites using Wordpress
2. Experience developing custom Wordpress plugins
3. Proven PHP experience (including object orientated concepts).
4. Senior level experience in Web development and web application programming.
5. Senior level experience with CMS platforms.
6. Apache and IIS web server and Domain admin.
7. Advanced SQL and database admin skills (including MSSQL and MySQL).
8. JQuery and Javascript (including AJAX functionality).
9. Advanced XML/HTML/CSS.
10. Knowledge of best practices for cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility.
11. Demonstrated knowledge of technical requirements listed here is essential.

Responsibilities:
1.Ensuring the effective functioning of existing client web sites, including administration of domains, liaising with hosting providers.
2. Maintaining existing web applications, mostly using WordPress.
3. Developing custom Web applications using PHP.
4. Maintain existing integrations between WordPress and other systems
5. Maintain custom development integrations
6. Maintain custom developed API systems
7.Troubleshoot internal systems
