Job Description:

As the Webmaster for BREATHE!, you are responsible for identifying and maintaining a healthy website for our company. You are the primary point of contact as it relates to all website and hosting related functions. You will communicate with our internal team and external partners as it relates to the website. You are responsible for ensuring all plugins are updated, website SEO is optimized, website is speed tested, compatible across browsers and devices, and performing in acceptable ranges. Your role is to ensure forms, lead generation tools, and other marketing extensions are performing Upgrade to see actual info addition the role requires you to have an eye for detail and intuitively understand what actions need to take place on the website for best performance and user experiences.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization's website(s).
Develops and maintains internet and intranet portals, forms, and structures in accordance with the organizations needs; collaborates closely with MIS/Database Manager, Communications/Public Relations Director, Human Resource Director, Operations Director, and others invested leadership Upgrade to see actual infovelops, implements, and maintains e-commerce applications in collaboration with the organizations retail operations, sales, marketing, and related departments.
Encourages and facilitates consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organizations web properties.
Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.
Maintains and documents ownership of companies internet domains.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; software licenses; and applicable state and federal laws and regulations including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and SEO best practices and standards.
Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems, applications, and tools used by the organization.
Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Google suite of tools or related software.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly
Ability to quickly troubleshoot website performance and functionality issues and ability to resolve them.
Ability to troubleshoot website performance issues such as website speed, mobile performance, and compatibility across multiple browsers and Upgrade to see actual infocation and Experience:
3+ years of Webmaster experience
Strong command of English language written and verbal as we are a USA based organization
