Understand the client
Take Problem Solution Strategy Notes to get to know the client.
Reach out to Targets on Linked In
Perform the initial outreach to potential ideal clients that have been identified
Respond to DMs and
- Communicate in kind with client’s tone and manner
- On behalf of the client, as a part of her team
Qualify the Leads
Ideally on 10-15 minute Zoom (qualification criteria will be provided)
Type up daily notes to client to get approval to book discovery call
- Send to Bethanie for Review
- Send to client for approval to schedule discovery call
Follow the deal to close
- Add follow up notes to follow the deal through close in Clients CRM
- Get feedback from the client on the quality of the lead
Currently, we are not being compensated to close the deal but I need a confident sales person that could close if the client would like our

Additional Information:
We are looking for a passionate, money-driven and result-oriented senior sales account manager to be responsible for generating and nurturing multiple client accounts.
The senior account manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow his very own accounts and nurture his own pipeline.
To be successful as a senior account manager, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts/pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
An outstanding senior account manager should have strong communication, B2B sales and high-ticket account management skills , should be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing
Your Responsibilities:
> Acquire, nurture, and win accounts specifically through
> Use Natural US language to nurture conversations with Target Clients to qualify and set appointments for sales meetings
> Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts/pipeline
> Understand client needs through consultative selling and identifying new business opportunities
> Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
> Drive client retention, renewals upsell and client satisfaction
> Act as a liaison between the clients and our hired contractors
> Ability to have conversations as multiple clients (Client A - talks about Human Resources, Client B - Training and development, Client C - Sponsorships). You must have keen attention to detail to make sure you are properly representing each customer excellently.
Your Requirements:
> Must have solid expertise of a minimum of 5 years on B2B account and pipeline management
> MUST be a TOP SALES CLOSER with High ticket accounts/portfolios
> Experience managing large account portfolios and talking to Fortune 100 Executives, Decision Makers
> Strong sales , business development and project management skills.
> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
> Ability to hold sales meetings on Zoom, preferably on camera
> Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time Zone
This can be a full time or part time job. All offers are contingent on a two week trial period for both of us.
