Job Overview:

Von Base Enterprises is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in working with innovative companies. This role will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, developing and monitoring OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
3. Analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and process optimization.
4. Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions and track progress.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing success.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an innovation-driven company.
3. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
4. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), analytics software (e.g., R, Python), and database management systems (e.g., SQL).
5. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
