JOB OVERVIEW

At 10 Stars Property Management we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our leasing team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including writing new leases, renewal... For this role, a strong Internet connection is required with camera, microphone, and screen sharing access, along with experience using communication tools such as Microsoft Team and WhatsApp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Hours:

Your hours will be from 9 -5pm EST (40 hours per week)

Wage/Salary: 30,000

Pay will increase based on your 90 days evaluation.

After 3 months you will get one paid holiday per month plus after 1 year you receive 1 week PTO

Requirements:

Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in Property Management.

Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.

Excellent time management skills for meeting tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills.

Detail Oriented.




Responsibilities:

Respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages with tenants and owners.

Prepare leases.

Create presentations, as assigned.
