Responsibilities:
Write and format professional resumes from scratch, using participant-provided data
Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information about their professional experience, achievements, and career goals
Write, edit, and format resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to each client's needs, while adhering to industry best practices and s quality standards
Ensure all written materials are free from grammatical errors and typos, and effectively highlight the client's unique qualifications and strengths
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance throughout the resume writing process
Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends, job search strategies, and resume writing techniques to continuously improve our services and client outcomes


Requirements:
Proven experience in resume writing, editing, or career coaching (preferably 2+ years)
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
