Seeking Amazing Website Developer and Webmaster

Sherwood Digital is seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer & Webmaster with Shopify experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, migrating, and maintaining websites, performing website backups, and managing website hosting and server issues for our clients during preferred working hours of 7 AM to 3 PM PST. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress development, website design, website migration, and website maintenance, and have experience with Upgrade to see actual infoontend development skills are also required, and experience in graphic design, SEO, and Google Search Console is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their website design requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Migrate client websites to the WordPress platform.
• Conduct website maintenance, including backups, security, and updates.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues as they arise.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates and trends.
• Perform website backups on a regular basis.
• Manage website hosting and server issues using CPanel.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to implement frontend changes and enhancements.
• Act as a webmaster, overseeing website performance, monitoring analytics, and ensuring optimal website functionality.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in WordPress development, website design, migration, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and experience with WordPress plugins and themes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with website migration, preferably from non-WordPress platforms to WordPress.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Shopify experience and frontend development skills.
• Graphic design, SEO, and Google Search Console experience is a plus.

Working hours:

• Full-time position with preferred working hours of 7 AM to 3 PM PST.
