About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage and convert our subscribers into customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns.


Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy
• Create engaging email content including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Manage email lists and segmentations in Zoho Campaigns to deliver targeted and personalized messages to subscribers
• Design email templates and graphics using Zoho Campaigns that are visually appealing and on-brand
• A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts using Zoho Campaigns to optimize email performance
• Monitor and analyse email campaign metrics using Zoho Campaigns to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and product teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team


Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of success
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns
• Strong copywriting and design skills with an eye for detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Salary:
23,000 to 35,000 Pesos monthly. Salary will increase as responsibilities and opportunities grow within the company.
