CSR / Sales Analyst

Gaatu, Inc. is in the process building a BPO team in Philippine and seeking several CSR/Sales Analyst positions, who will be primarily responsible for assisting our Sales functions, and to provide onboarding and ongoing support utilizing order management system and other ERP tools etc.

Job Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day customer issues, questions, through both Phone and Email
• Respond prospective customer’s calls, online chats, email inquiries
• Communicate with other departments, like warehousing, engineering, sales, and success team to make sure issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CSR / Sales Analyst experience
• Excellent English language skill both speaking and writing.
• Experience managing customer relationship.
• Experience working cross-functional.
• Some position may require working at different time zone

Job Type: 40 hours a week

Pay: Depending on experience, and paid every two weeks.

Work Location: Remote in Philippines
