JOB OVERVIEW

Hey sales rockstar, looking for an incredible opportunity to earn $1,500-$2,500 USD or more per month, fully remotely all while learning a ton, becoming the best version of yourself, and joining the absolute best company culture on planet earth?


My name is Zack Siegel, founder of Think Bullish and right now we’re hiring 3 additional Sales Development Representatives to join our team of 24 so we can handle the influx of new clients we’re experiencing!


This is for you if:


?You can make 100+ calls per day to inbound leads
?You have 1 year of previous appointment setting or sales experience
?You’re coachable and desire to be in an environment with a coach who will push you to the next level
?You’re a lifetime student, always looking for the next thing to give you an edge
?You have a work-from-home setup or are willing to invest in one before starting with a computer, router, noise-cancelling headset, and a backup power and internet service provider
?You can work 40 hours per week during the hours of our clients on rotating shifts (USA Eastern or USA Pacific hours)
?You love people and love to talk to them
?You’re a team player and willing to ask for help when you need it, even if it’s uncomfortable
?You’re ethical & service-oriented and willing to sell ONLY to people who are a good fit for what we do so we can make a positive impact on their lives


Additionally, the right candidate must be:
??Able to speak good English (B2+)
??RELENTLESS and unwilling to quit on your goals and dreams
??Can get started quickly in the next 2-3 weeks

Think Bullish is a stable startup (going on 6 years) in the online social media marketing space currently servicing 65+ of the nations leading medical offices across the U.S.


We have a tight-knit team of 24 remote employees who help our clients consistently attract floods of new patients into their offices for some of the most chronic and severe medical conditions (that many say aren’t even treatable).


Pay is highly competitive! We offer a variable base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and SPIFs.

Many of our top setters did $1,500-$2,500 USD last month.

Most of our new hires start by working on our clients accounts and will grow into other selling roles and management roles.


You’ll be responsible for:
??Attending daily role-play sessions with the team to rehearse scripting, tonality, and any questions/challenges
??Studying each day in one of our training programs
??Managing a select few clients pipeline by following up with old & new leads to qualify and schedule them for appointments
??Responding to any emails, texts, or phone calls
??Making 100+ calls per day or averaging 1.5 hours of handling time
??Registering notes & updating pipeline stages in our CRM
??Daily tracking & reporting


Typically, our first week will encompass 1-1 training with 2-3 other new hires. Thereafter, you’ll get started contacting the inbound leads that we provide to you.


Your Initial KPIs will be:


14-Day Targets
??Operating independently, but asking for help where needed
??Converting a minimum of 1 appointments per full working day
??40-minutes of talk time or 35+ calls per day

30-Day Targets
??Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
??Master proven scripts, financial qualification, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow up strategy
??Converting a minimum of 1 appointments per day (21+ per month)
??1 hour of talk time or 50+ calls per day

60 Day Targets
??Converting a minimum of 2 appointments per day (42+ per month)
??40% show rate
??40% pre-pay intake
??1.5 hours of talk time or 100+ calls per day

90 Day Targets
??Converting a minimum of 3 appointments per day (63+ per month)
??50% pre-pay
??50% show rate
??1.5 hours of talk time or 90-120+ calls per day
??Great feedback from doctors

Thereafter, you’ll typically have the opportunity to step into some of our more challenging roles with B2B appointment setting for clients and our agency, team leads, and management opportunities as we continue to grow.
