Facebook sales and lead generator expert

Looking for a female virtual assistance to help me manage and grow multiple Facebook business pages. This person needs to be an expert in knowing how to produce organic leads using, and creating captivating ads using Facebook groups along side paid ads as well. The industries that we will be working with are personal training and fitness, lawn care, and pest control. experience with any of those would he preferred.

Must have excellent english writing skills.
