Creative Designer

Epitome Collective is seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visual content for various marketing and communication channels, including decks, social media posts, and EDMs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses a strong understanding of design principles, and is able to work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across various departments.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually compelling and effective designs for various marketing and communication channels, including decks, social media posts, and EDMs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and requirements
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand identity and guidelines
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including copywriters and marketers, to develop effective design solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
