Customer Support (Discord)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Support Specialist who has heavy Upgrade to see actual info experience to join our Research & Development team. As an R&D Specialist at ENGAG3, you will play a key role in finding potential partners to build relationships and set appointments with.

Responsibilities:

- Set appointments with our Account Executives for discussions and Live Screenings.
- Send Upgrade to see actual info messages to potential partners to understand their needs and interests.
- Follow up with partners and track appointments to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Build and maintain a database of potential partners and their contact information.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with NFT and web3 is a plus.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, Upgrade to see actual info chatting, Upgrade to see actual info mod, community management or collabs is a plus.
