JOB PURPOSE: To support the marketing and expansion efforts of YESA by designing and creating brand aligned content to support our current clients, help land new ones and promote to the Canadian
• Design and create new content to support marketing efforts via social media, website, events collateral and other avenues
• Work with management to design new sales and marketing collateral
• Support marketing efforts by helping build social media programs
• Contribute to overall marketing efforts and company expansion
• Aid in other operational, marketing or sales related projects as deemed necessary
• Aid in the creation and production of promotional videos
• Comply with any and all applicable legal laws, regulations and rules
• Comply with the Company’s established policies and procedures
• Complete and submit all paperwork and/or reports required by the Company
• Report to your manager regularly, to discuss your presentation of ideas, initiatives and status reports for achieving established goals and objectives

• Graphic Design – proficient background in graphic design
• Creativity – an individual who brings exciting creativity to marketing and design and is open to trying new things
• Marketing – an understanding of marketing and how it applies to design
• Social media expertise – not a required skill but some knowledge of social media is an asset
• Willingness to learn – we are a young, dynamic organization and we need individuals who are hungry to grow and learn in their respective field and beyond
• Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
