JOB OVERVIEW

This is a Full Time Job 40 hours p.w, but we will also consider applicants who want less hours - please write how many hours you want to do per week in your application (at end of this).

We are seeking a long term (3+ years) teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is passionate about learning, and will provide regular quarterly pay reviews to reward diligence in learning and focus on completing tasks on time to a high quality.

8 am start - Regular quarterly pay reviews

You must have fast internet and excellent spoken and written English skills, plus good graphics skills to apply. Other Existing experience and skills are useful, but may not be essential for top applicants. A passion to learn and study and progress is the most important characteristic we are looking for.

You are looking for maximum career growth and don't mind starting off with the basics in our fast-growing business - you will learn about editing products and web pages without the need for any HTML programming, marketing e-commerce websites with email newsletters and the basics of search optimisation plus graphic design of banners, social media etc.. You would also be responsible for customer support and management of domains and Upgrade to see actual infoTE: Full TRAINING of e-commerce software, email software and hosting management, plus ongoing mentoring is a key part of this role, so you can still apply even if you lack some experience. This is on the job paid training.

You would love helping our clients get better results and making beautiful looking graphics and newsletters.

We are a small but fast growing Phillipines based business, primarily focused on website hosting and quick development of websites, plus providing support services for marketing of e-commerce websites with many world-wide clients in Australia and New Zealand and elsewhere. ABOUT YOU
You must be totally reliable with a willingness to take on training in many new areas as well some admin and data entry. You will have good basic computer skills and Reasonable touch typing skills, you may already have some V.A. experience.

Don't apply if you are not a fast learner, ready to be taught many systems and new skills such as email marketing, e-commerce website editing, customer service, basic SEO, website content editing (no HTML) Google docs and many other modern online marketing systems. All training provided.

This is a position for an outstanding person who can work under pressure and meet targets, you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pay strict attention to detail, and are quick to take initiative.

Our team are very flexible and easy to get along with, we believe you should have the flexibility to set the hours you want to regularly work, but these would be regular each week with compulsory early morning hours from 8am (or earlier if you wish) until 11am and then some flexibility after that to set a schedule that suits you.

You will be ensuring you meet DAILY targets set and record times using timing software (and possibly auto screenshot software for when you are working, which stops once you stop your timer).
