Able to figure out a solution to tough problems, or at least able to maneuver your way around YouTube and Google to figure it out.

Open to trying new things to help our company grow (Improve process, research new methods etc....)

I’m an online marketer turned photographer that now owns a photography/videography production Upgrade to see actual info a nutshell, I love marketing and I love photography.
I’m currently growing my photography business using Instagram ads and as I scale I need someone to come on and help me manage the admin task.

I love to work quickly and get it done. Once work is done for the day, I stop.

Most of what I do is FUN!

Although there is real work to be done.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Must have GREAT written/spoken English Upgrade to see actual info a nutshell, I'm looking for an overachiever. I'm a great teacher and the skills that you will learn from this position will definitely help you in the future. I'm looking for someone that's willing to check on things with the business at all hours of the day if needed and do whatever has to be done in order for the business to succeed.

Here's the task that you will be completed in this position:

I need someone to:

HoneyBook Tasks:

Schedule pre-photoshoot calls with clients.

Ensure clients receive their favorite photos within 7 days after the shoot.

Manage client files and workflow in Upgrade to see actual infond pre- and post-shoot follow-up emails to Upgrade to see actual infostagram Tasks:

Follow up with potential clients on Instagram.

Respond to incoming messages in a timely manner.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

Assist in creating and managing advertisements for the business.

Monitor ad spend and track incoming messages from ad campaigns.

Oversee and coordinate with retouchers on image edits.

Experience isn’t needed, I’m open to training the right person.

Eventually, this will lead to a bigger role within the company. . .

Will start off as a 1-week trial to see if we can work well together.

Paid (I don't expect anyone to do free work ever).
