Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused virtual assistant to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate life's transitions while safeguarding their legacy. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who is passionate about building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for our team.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for multiple teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions and providing support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, both verbally and in writing.
- Update and maintain client records in our database.
- Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and provide feedback to help improve processes.
- Setting appointments for FSBO/Expired Leads

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or customer service.
- A reliable internet connection and the ability to work from home.
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to handle several contacts every single day
