Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Details
- Permanent WFH position
- Working hours of 10pm-7am EST
- Guaranteed base pay of 35,000 PHP
- The position is a short-term contract with the possibility to become full-time depending on your performance

Duties
- Make high-volume phone calls to research and collect information (no selling!)
- Maintain online records using spreadsheets
- Attend meetings and respond to emails

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with cold calling
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and sales dialers
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and be trained

Technical Requirements
- Computer with at least an i5 processor of at least 1.8GHz and 8GB RAM
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, with backup internet service
