Customer Service - Dropshipping

For my dropshipping business, I am looking for a customer service representative who can take this process off my hands and manage it from A to Z. This includes being responsible for tasks such as:

- Responding to customer emails & inquiries using mail software such as Trengo
- Performing refunds and checking orders in Shopify
- Contacting the agent for wrong, broken or returned products.
- Resolving disputes with Klarna & Paypal.
- Managing >facebook comments

Please message me only if you have enough experience with these tasks, and if you have worked for other dropshippers. If this is not the case then unfortunately we are not a match.
