JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce store looking for an e-commerce orders processor to help with order fulfillment, logistics, and data entry.

This job requires extremely high attention to detail, and patience and you must be a very careful and attentive person. You must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as you may occasionally need to email, chat, or speak on the phone with customers or suppliers.

Main Duties include:
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Managing and Organizing Invoices, PO’s, and Receipts
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Organizing Order Data
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Solving Order Issues with Suppliers and Customers
• Other Basic Operations and Administrative tasks

Working times would be US working hours. Training is provided and compensated. There will be an initial 1-month trial period

Just want to make sure you are good with the following:

1. I will pay you every week with Remitly to start
2. You will work 40 hours a week
3. There will be a one-month trial period ($2.75 for first month)
4. You will be able to work from 10 PM - 7 AM (1-hour break) PHT
5. You have excellent English speaking skills and are ok with occasionally speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
6. You will send me an email every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:
a. What did you do today? (detailed description)
b. What issues did you run into?
c. Is there anything I can help you with?
