Tenant Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, personable, team player to contribute to the dynamic growth of our business as we strive to double in size over the next 12 months.

You will work remotely alongside your team and be responsible for the communication and management for each property which includes responding to tenant requests.

We welcome all applicants with strong customer service skills. Specific experience within the accommodation or hospitality industry will be highly regarded. You will need to have incredible people skills, be cool under pressure and able to coordinate many moving parts seamlessly.

Responsibilities
Daily management of community group chats for each property through WhatsApp and Tenant Cloud.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward housemates at all times.
Responding promptly to housemate inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Work with and manage cleaning contractors to ensure the properties are clean, presentable and at brand standard.
Work with operation managers to report any maintenance issues using the Tenant Cloud platform.
