Daniel Walton 365 is seeking a Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled in various administrative tasks, detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to learn new things. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO throughout the day to complete various tasks. Please find below the job requirements if you are interested in applying for the role.
After receiving applications, we will conduct a quick 10-15 minute video interview with 2-3 selected applicants. All possibilities for raises and bonus payments will be based on work performance.

Tasks that the job involves:
Client
CEO personal life task assistance
Day-to-day admin task
Team communication assistance
Data entry
Report to team leader
Create Systems and Processes
Help pass specific tasks to tea
Note-taking on client calls
Scheduling social media post using
CRM management assistance
Qualities that make you an asset:
Pay attention to detail
Experience on Notion or Clickup
Video Editing or Creative Skills
GHL (Go High Level) experienced
Agency experienced
Any social media management experience
Can stay organized on many tasks and execute
Are attentive to slack communications
Are open to learning and watching tutorials for new skills
Can create SOPs from start to finish
Available to work 8am-6pm PST (for at least a 4-hour consecutive block, i.e. 12pm-4pm PST)
