JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Associate Customer Success to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who can effectively communicate with customers and has a passion for helping others succeed. As an Associate Customer Success, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, triaging customer requests, resolving technical issues, and managing escalations to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues.

Responsibilities:

Participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers
Resolve technical issues and respond to chat/emails
Manage escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues
Triage quality bugs
Responsible for the entire post-sale customer relationship: from onboarding to going live
Liaise with 3Ps Integrations (Doordash, Uber, Upgrade to see actual info) on product nuances/clarifications
Develop and maintain a source for customer information to facilitate better support
Write technical articles for the Knowledge Base and product guides
In-product tutorials to walk customers through how to use the core functionality
Driving adoption through trainings/workshops
