JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and organized generalist VA to join our team. As the generalist VA, you will be responsible for welcoming and onboarding new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by sending out beginner timelines and finding/organizing the answers to frequently asked questions. You will shadow conversations with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients, automate and manage meetings and training reminders, as well as create easy-to-read instructions for processes that everybody must go through.
As our generalist VA, you will also be responsible for putting together a Google Drive for the team that includes books, team headshots, marketing and training materials, as well as instruction presentations.

Responsibilities:
Send out welcome messages and instructions for beginner processes
Find and organizing answers to the most FAQ in all 50 states.
Shadow my conversations with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, eventually helping take over responses to simple questions and Upgrade to see actual infotomate and manage meetings and training reminders.
Create simple and easy to read instructions for account set ups, company appointments, etc.
Create, organize, and maintain google drive folder for team.
Actively check group chats and extract important information to relay to myself and team.
Update and maintain prospect list (contact people daily, especially those that need follow up)


Requirements:
Proven experience as a generalist VA or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Experience in compiling and organizing resources and materials
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly
Availability for Tuesday and Wednesday calls during CST time
Ability to actively monitor group chats and relay important information to the team
Willingness to contact prospects daily and follow up regularly

This is part-time ~20 hours a week at first, with the goal of bringing you in full-time a couple of months down the road.
