JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating flyers, YouTube thumbnails as well as social media posts for platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Additionally, you should possess strong English creative writing skills to compose interactive and intuitive flyers that stand out as well as magazine spreads + copy. Website development experience is required, as you will be responsible for developing a website on Shopify, updating, and implementing SEO strategies.


Responsibilities:
Creating flyers and presentations (For: Events, Property reviews, Ads, Workshops, Recognition, Team Trainings, etc)
Manage social media advertising on, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
Creating social media posts
Creating YouTube Thumbnails
Composing magazine copy
Update website content and design, including implementing SEO strategies.
Create email marketing campaigns.
Write articles on various topics.
Write up information on classes and present it in an attractive format.
Copywriting and editing for various materials.
Assist with advertising initiatives.


Requirements:
Experience in social media advertising and email marketing
Strong writing skills for articles and class information
Ability to work under pressure, able to put out quality content under short notice (24-48hr’s for small flyers)
Website development experience
Knowledge of SEO strategies
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Perks:
This is part-time ~20 hours a week at first, with the goal of bringing you in full-time a couple of months down the road.
You can work whenever you want. There will only be one day a week where we hold an 9am PHST meeting to discuss how things have been progressing. Other than that, you’re free to work any time you see fit.
Flexible Vacation. If you need time off just let me know.
