Bookkeepers for Canadian Companies Needed

Must have done Canada based Bookkeeping before

Responsibilities:

QuickBooks Desktops + Excel Fluency is required
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and file HST/GST and other tax returns as required by the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA)
Work with internal staff
General bookkeeping
AP, AR
Bank and CC reconciliation
Payroll, WSIB, HST & Source deductions
GL Reconciliation
YE working papers
Generate expense reports
Identify inconsistencies and flag issues
Create monthly financial reports

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping
Knowledge of Canadian tax laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and remotely in the Eastern Time Zone
