JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate skip tracer and cold caller who is highly proficient in building rapport with potential customers.

You must have experience in Real Estate Investing, preferably in foreclosures, and be able to write your own compelling scripts.

******Candidates who provide a video or voice recording will be heavily considered******

In this position, you will manage and qualify leads by gaining the lead's trust and finding out if the lead wants to sell their home for the under-market value. After qualifying a lead, you will set phone appointments for a Sales Rep to call the new lead.

You will also be responsible for following up with all leads in our company’s CRM by making periodic calls to each lead and managing a lead over the course of the lead’s lifetime (from a new lead to either a contract or a dead lead).

The perfect candidate must have excellent communication skills (fluent in English), with a great attitude, be organized, and can work the graveyard shift (Eastern US time).

We offer a competitive rate of $5/ hour, plus $3 per successful appointment set.

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Very good in office software such as Microsoft word, excel, google docs, sheets, slides, etc.
-MUST SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL
-Able to prioritize and understand levels of urgency for required tasks
-NEED TO HAVE 100% RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
-NEED TO HAVE WORKING SPEAKERS AND HEADPHONES AND CAMERA ON THEIR COMPUTER
- EVERY TIME YOU ARE IN A MEETING WITH MANAGEMENT YOUR CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON
-Must be on time to work every day and early to weekly video call meetings with the team
-Able to learn various CRM programs and other various company software
-Able to excessively communicate with management (no nervousness or worry that you are reaching out to management too much)
-Top-notch organization
-Warm, kind, humorous people skills
-Is not nervous to make calls to angry or irate customers
-Able to talk to change someone’s negative experience with our company and turn it into a positive experience
-Must have excitement and eagerness to learn new ways of doing usual tasks
-Flexibility for processes and ability to take on new responsibilities on the fly
-Excited, eager, and willing to be taught, receive critique, and receive coaching
-Driven by success, pay bonuses, and commissions
