We are looking for a hard working, practical, intelligent and experienced person to help us grow our industrial supplies business. This is a supply chain role and experience is key - please only apply if you can demonstrate this in our interviews and the background checks we will conduct.


The tasks we require are:

1. Receive RFQ documents from clients, review them, and then research potential manufacturers and distributors to obtain quotes. Our clients are large industrial corporations.
2. Contact manufacturers to ask for quotations
3. Review quotes for lead times, terms and conditions, as well as technical conformity with client requirements.
4. Prepare our quotations to clients.
5. Regularly update team on progress of each RFQ and keep to client bidding deadlines.
