Thumbnail Designer for YouTube Automation Channel

Hello! My name is Immy. My team and I are looking to hire a talented thumbnail designer for our YouTube Automation Channel. You will be responsible for creating extremely enticing and clickbait thumbnails for our channel.

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

1. You must be familiar with the show Shark Tank. You will watch the finished Youtube Video in order to create the best thumbnail for it.
2. You must have experience working as a Virtual Assistant before.
3. You have very strong Photoshop skills
4. You are willing to be a LONG TERM WORKER and a TEAM PLAYER, as you will be working alongside 2-3 other people.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in creating highly tempting and clickbait thumbnails
- You can use our competitor’s thumbnails as an base to create your own best version
- Submit high-quality work without the need for revisions/edits.
- You are organized, communicate well, and have fast turnaround time.
- You can easily collaborate with other people via Asana/Trello and Slack.

Job Requirements:

- 7 thumbnails per week (1 a day)
- $4 per thumbnail
- As the channel grows, we are willing to turn this into a full-time job.
