Hiring for an Amazon Expert Account Manager (FBA & FBM)!

As our Amazon agency continues to grow, we need a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and optimize our client’s Amazon accounts. The Amazon Seller Central Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon business, including but not limited to:


Managing the daily operation of an Amazon FBA account:

-Monitoring and analyzing sales and performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
-Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including running promotions and managing -advertising campaigns
-Continuously staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features and tools available on the Amazon platform.
-Creating and maintaining product listings, including writing product descriptions and optimizing titles and keywords for SEO
-Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner


Qualifications:

-Experience managing Amazon FBA
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
-Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Good working PC/laptop. At least i5, 8GB RAM.
-Strong work ethics


Working hours: Anytime between 3-10 PM MNL time.
Payment Method: Bi-weekly through Payoneer
Starting Salary: It depends on your experience
