Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and highly effective ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed KPIs.
Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement, to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and sales tea
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing
Strong knowledge of
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
