CPA(PH) UK SME Accounting & Tax QBO

We are looking for an expert in Quickbooks to work with us to complement our UK accountants, who will remain responsible for preparing our year-end statements and quarterly VAT submissions. You will handle all other QB tasks and provide financial management reporting to me and our COO to ensure we effectively run the business. This will involve all other QB tasks, including ensuring we use QB optimally.

A summary of the mandatory responsibilities are as follows:

Accounting and Tax:
Bookkeeping (UK)
Financial Reporting
General Accounting and Month-end Closing
Reconciliation and Analysis
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management
Payroll Processing
External Audit - with our UK accountants as they prepare our Annual Accounts and Taxation
Client Engagement


Requirements:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• five or more years of accounting experience (not just bookkeeping)
• Experience (3+ years) using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Pro-advisor certification in recent versions is a plus.
• Experience with full cycle accounting
• Have a certification of English C2(Advanced/Mastery) language knowledge test
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data extracts, etc.)
• Must have a laptop or PC workstation with a webcam and microphone
• Must have a reliable internet connection with an internet speed at least 20mbps
• Suitable work environment at home and not at a public area, such as a coffee shop
• Background screening is required if an offer of employment is extended
