Social Media Manager

Our growing ecommerce company is seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials that amplify our reach and visibility
Stay current with social media trends, industry news, and best practices to continuously evolve our social media strategy
Monitor competitor social media activity and develop strategies to outperform them
Coordinate social media ad campaigns and manage budgets effectively
Foster and maintain relationships with influencers and bloggers to expand our reach and grow our online community

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns and content strategies
Knowing the new trend of AI develpment regarding content creation
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
