Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a part-time (~10 hrs/week) Content Marketing specialist to join our rapidly growing luxury real estate brokerage team. The right person will be a creative rock star who can help shape and execute our digital and print content strategies. This will include asking our team questions to extract the information you need, researching for content inspiration, generating ideas, and leading our content strategy. The right candidate must be an expert marketing copywriter, a savvy social media user and willing to research trends used by other companies and bring those ideas to life.

I expect the right candidate to ask us about the item we'd like to market, develop concepts of marketing campaigns (headlines, taglines, body text, types of content, video/photo, paid vs organic, etc) and work with our design team to execute a final Upgrade to see actual info the subject of your application, please make the subject line read "Content - [insert your name here]".
