JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator (Professional) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to develop marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media, local media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
-Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
-Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and use this data to optimize campaigns and improve results.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
-Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as PR firms, graphic designers, and printers.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the broader marketing team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 1year of experience in marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
