Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

We are a US-based Real Estate Team that is growing and looking for extremely driven Social Media Strategist.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about social media and have experience leading strategy, account management and executing world class work. S/he understands how to ideate and execute social campaigns that drive impact and this is an opportunity for you to do so at a fast growing technology company.

QUALIFICATION:
*At least 1 year of social media management experience
*A passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest channels and trends
*Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Google apps, Canva and Adobe CS.
*Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and simultaneously work toward multiple company initiatives at once
*Ability to multitask, and manage time and competing deadlines
*Thrives in a fast paced, start-up environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn page
*Build and maintain social media content calendar
*Develop and execute an approved cross-channel social media strategy
*Content ideation, scheduling post and community management with highly targeted audiences?*Build and execute social strategies for seasonal campaigns.?*Interest in real estate
*Create graphic designs
*Prepare weekly progress report for social media channels

REQUIREMENTS:
*Stable internet connection (preferably 50+ mbps)
*Work on EST time zone

We expect the Social Media Strategist to achieve outcomes in terms of efficiency and accuracy and to have a sense of ownership over his/her responsibilities.
