OVERVIEW
We are a moving & storage company looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in a FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM POSITION. The employee will answer inbound calls, perform outbound calls (follow-ups and cold calls), respond to customer inquiries, and not be afraid to offer a comprehensive solution to their problems. This position will require a broad knowledge of the company’s services.

*Discover, call, and qualify new prospects via our CRM database and internet research using Linked-In, Industry/Trade websites, Google, etc.

*Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.

*Promotion of portable storage containers to prospective and past customers
*Basic understanding of the moving and self-storage industry
*Uses problem-solving skills to overcome any objections and find solutions
*Ability to get through the "Gate-keeper" and reach the decision maker
*Not easily discouraged / “Can Do” Attitude
*Use emails, cold calling, or LinkedIn messages to reach out to prospects, engage and nurture.
*Manage the follow-up process via CRM, tasks, and calendar notifications.
*B2B & B2C Sales Experience a Plus
*Create sales emails / call scripts
*Extremely organized and detail-oriented
*Call a high volume of leads per day using an autodialer while capturing important data.
*Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
*Goal/sales driven
*Are honest and want to do what is right (even when no one is looking)

*Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and CRM experience)
*Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
*High-speed internet and a quiet workspace to work from home
*Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting
*Ability to think creatively
*Experience with finding leads through data mining, LinkedIn, and Facebook is a plus.
*Self-starter and team player with a strong desire to succeed
*Assist with Collections
*GIFTED AT CLOSING THE SALE

HOURS
Hours will be 9 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard time (EST) or 9 pm - 6 am M-F Manila Time and one Saturday every four weeks from 9 am-2 pm EST or 9 pm - 3 am Manila Time.
